Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method. Where applicable, refunds may also be processed through Bank Transfer (NEFT). Approved refunds are generally completed within 7–10 business days after successful verification.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.
